Update: The Traffic Signals are due to be tested tommorow morning (30 May 2024) around 9am. If everything runs well no minor works are required then they are likely to be officially commissioned. If minor works are still required then they are likely to be commissioned on Tuesday 4 June 2024.
Following the successful sealing of the Waimakariri Gorge Bridge on Thursday 16 May the bridge is now open at night.
