The President of the High Court has assigned the following judges of the High Court to be the Judge in Charge of the following High Court lists for the Trinity Term 2024

Chief Justice Donal O’Donnell hosted a Board meeting of the Network of the Presidents of the Supreme Judicial Courts of the European Union in Dublin at Farmleigh House today.

 Ennis District Court will not be sitting Tuesday 28 May 2024 and is adjourned to Wednesday 29 May 2024.

All Family Law cases listed for Tullamore District Court on Monday 27 May 2024 are now scheduled in Portlaoise District Court at 12 noon on Monday 27 May 2024

Please note that the County Registrar’s Motions Court for Laois sitting at The Courthouse, Portlaoise on the 10 day of June, 2024 has been cancelled.

The Jury Panel that attended Trim Circuit Court on Tuesday 14 May are not required to return. Your period of jury service is now complete 

The jury panel called for Monday 17 June 2024 for Tralee Circuit Court is no longer required to attend.

The jury panel summonsed to Tullamore Circuit Court for Jury selection on Tuesday 14 May is no longer required to attend.

In view of the fact that there is only one motion Monday in term between Monday 29th April and Monday 10th June, there will, on an exceptional basis, be a double motion list on Monday 13th May 2024
