The first phase of a “clock swap” some two years in the making was completed last week as crews from Artech Fine Art Services finished installing the historic Ben Bridge Jeweler's street clock in its new location at Fifth and Pine Street, out front of the longtime jeweler's new flagship at 501 Pine St.


172 Capitol Hill units on track for MUP

In Pioneer Square, facing Alaskan Way, the citizenM hotel opened two summers ago. It replaced a former parking lot at 60 Yesler Way, also bounded by Western Avenue. When it opened, however, there remained a weird little out-parcel on its west side.


Pagliacci's Redmond project heads to design review

The DJC reported in March on Pagliacci's proposal to convert a 1960s single-level property in Redmond into a new location for the pizza chain. The building is located at 16311 Redmond Way in the city's downtown area.
